The hidden blessings

Prophet Ayoub was tested with his wealth and he said,
“What Allah has taken away from me belongs to Him. I was only its trustee for awhile. He gives to whom He wills and withholds from whom He wills.”

He was tested with the loss of his children and he said,
“Allah sometimes gives and sometimes takes. He is sometimes pleased and sometimes displeased with our deeds. Whether a thing is beneficial or

harmful to me, I will remain firm in my belief and remain thankful to my Creator.”

He was then tested with his health but he remained strong in his faith and he patiently endured the hardship.

Lastly, Iblis went to Prophet Ayoub’s wife in the form of a man and asked her, “where is your husband?” She pointed to Prophet Ayoub and said, “There he is, suspended between life and death.”

Iblis reminded her of the days, when Job had good health, wealth and children and she burst into tears. She said to Prophet Ayoub, “How long are you going to bear this torture from our Lord? Are we to remain without wealth, children or friends forever? Why don’t you call upon Allah to remove this suffering?”

Prophet Ayoub then replied,
“Iblis must have whispered to you and made you dissatisfied. Tell me how long did I enjoy goodhealth and riches?” She replied: “Eighty years.”

Then Prophet Ayoub replied: “How long am I suffering like this?” She said: “Seven years.” He then told her: “In that case I am ashamed to call on my Lord to remove the hardship, for I have not suffered longer than the years of good health and plenty.”

“Do not let your difficulties fill you with anxiety. After all it is only in the darkest nights that stars shine more brightly.” (Ali ibn Abi Talib)

It's not about what you see but it's simply about how you choose to see it.

There are hidden blessings in every hardships that Allah gives.
There are hidden blessings that yet to be seen by you
That yet to be gifted to you...
Because He only want the best for you..
'Verily with hardship come ease'
(Surah Al-Insyirah:6)

"A calamity that makes you turn to Allah is better for you than a blessing that makes you forget the remembrance of Allah"
